GENERAL

1. All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Variations may be made from time to time these will be posted on the website.
2. Paws 'n' Fur will treat your personal information confidentially, your details will not be passed to any third parties.
3. Information given in the initial booking form will be used for all subsequent bookings unless we are notified there has been a change in your pets condition or requirements.

CHARGES

1. Our charges are set out on the website and will be confirmed at time of booking.
2. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of completed booking forms and a 20% deposit.
3. Charges are per day (not nights) that an animal is resident.
4. Charges for home visits are for the number of times a house is visited and not per animal.
5. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day will be charged at twice the normal rate. 
6. The remaining balance needs to be paid a minimum of 7 days before your departure.

YOUR PET

1. For boarding dogs and rabbits proof of Vaccination is required.
2. Kennel cough Vaccination is strongly recommended for boarding dogs.
3. Your dog will not be walked off lead unless consent has been given.
4. You must ensure your pet is free from fleas and adequately wormed.
5. If it is deemed necessary your pet will be taken to a vet.  You are responsible for any fees incurred.
6. We do not board bitches in heat or entire male dogs over 1 year old.
7. You accept full liability for any loss or damage caused by your pet whilst in our care.
8. If your pet is agressive or bites during its stay it will be transfered to a kennel.  You will be responsible for the kennel fees.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations must be made by email or if this is not possible in writing.
2. The 20% deposit is non refundable.
3. If cancelling within 7 days of the booking the full charges will be invoiced.
